LINKEDIN COMMUNITY: A VIP AREA FOR QDV7 USERS

How do you use social networks, particularly LinkedIn ? In a recent study we conducted, the majority use of social networks was oriented towards job searching. It's true that it's an ideal place to develop your network and get in touch with a future employer. But it's not just that LinkedIn.

Groups: places to share

Perhaps you already participate in certain groups? This is a very good thing for developing your visibility and that of your business. A judicious comment and you may be identified as an expert on the subject covered, which will be to your credit.

Be careful, however, to always be positive and constructive in the comments you leave. If you use Facebook, you must have noticed that there is no “I don't like” button: social networks are only positive. If you do not agree with the opinion expressed you can say so, but kindly, as you would in a face-to-face conversation. On LinkedIn too: the writings remain.

If you yourself post regularly you are certainly, like me, very happy when you exceed 2 “likes”, so if you only get one negative comment it is not very encouraging.

Which groups to join:

To find out which groups to join, you can search on the themes that interest you by limiting the search to groups: icon on the left of the search bar.

The list of groups meeting your search criteria will be displayed with a “Join” button. In some cases, your membership in the group will be subject to approval by the administrator of the group in question.

Notification email

Once registered in a group, you will want to be informed of its activity.

You can adjust the settings so that you don't receive notifications too often:
