The advantages of working in a business incubator.
For 4 years now, QUOTEX has been hosted in the Weforge co-working space in the city center. Working alone it was interesting to be able to share the experience of entrepreneurship with other individual entrepreneurs.
Find quality partners
In our activity as an integrator of price study solutions, like any company, we have needs in terms of website creation, graphic design and SEO and marketing consulting.
Given the large number of service providers who are established in these areas but faced with very disparate levels of service, it is not easy for a business manager to take the time to receive different possible service providers and it is not It’s not easy to find the right one.
At Weforge, we have everything at hand. As we meet each other daily, it is easier to work together even if we are each part of our own company.
Creation of a site and a commercial brochure
Our first collaboration within WEFORGE was the creation of our website and a commercial brochure with Florence Coron from CALLIOCOM. A graduate of ESSCA continuing education, it was Florence who told us about WEFORGE and it is therefore thanks to her that we are still here.
Organization of a seminar
Last year for our seminar we didn't have to look far for our organization.
Indeed, Mathilde from Sibylline Escapade has prepared a wonderful event for us in a place where she has the secret. And the videographer who covered the event, where did we find him? Yes, a former blacksmith also in the person of Yves Maguin .
WEFORGE is a place for exchanging skills because if everyone is excellent in their field, yes excellent we are not afraid to say it, everyone also sometimes gets stuck on certain technologies. Mutual assistance makes it easy to overcome these problems and if we cannot find the solution on site, it is always possible to make a post on the Google + community where all the former blacksmiths are present and more or less active.
Mutual aid and quality
Our industrial and construction clients are oriented towards operational and useful aspects, sometimes to the detriment of visual and ergonomic aspects. By capillary action, we might tend to do the same. However, as we interact on a daily basis with creatives within WEFORGE, we are regularly challenged on the choices we make in our visual media, our marketing tools and other digital projects.
In this case, we recently set up an e-learning platform. We tried using Moodle available on our Synology. We still wanted to add a personal touch but here we were confronted with the expert and artistic eye of Annelyse who did not hesitate to strongly question our choice in terms of ergonomics and user experience.
On his advice we called on Matthieu from MATIKOM who found and set up a WordPress theme for not too much money. The result is actually much more attractive for us and the user. It was also Annelyse who created the character Superquotex for us.
