No, QDV is not available in SAAS mode.
QDV can be installed on a Windows server to which your employees will have access via Citrix. It can also be installed as a single station.
Even if QDV is not on the cloud, it remains interfaceable with software packages in SAAS mode (ERP / CRM software)
Is QDV software suitable for VSEs and SMEs?
It depends.
If you are a small business (artisan) looking for a quote-invoice management tool for very simple needs, QDV is not the solution best suited to your needs.
